Cadillac Model L Seat Belt
The larger Model L replaced the Cadillac Model D in the year 1906. It was based on the Model D, furthermore the departure of Alanson P. Brush led Henry Leland who was an American machinist, inventor, engineer and automotive entrepreneur. Who also founded two of the most American luxury automotive marques, Cadillac and Lincoln began to purge his patented designs from the cars. In this case, the variable intake valve lift system and hydraulic governor were removed for more conventional designs. The Cadillac Model L had two or more body styles to choose from. The Model L used a large 6.4 L engine with 5 in square bore and stroke, rated at 40 hp. Unfortunately in 1908 the Model L was cancelled and production ended for this model.

There were lots of pros to this vehicle, and also some cons. There was one thing that it was lacking, and that was safety components. One of the safety equipment that it did not have was seat belts. Seat belts are very important to keep you and your passengers safe in case of an accident or a collision. If you do own a vehicle with torn, frayed, or ripped seat belts then it time to get a repair.
