ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
By placing an order with Safety Restore Inc. (“Safety Restore”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all services, transactions, communications, and interactions with Safety Restore.
1. SERVICE SCOPE DISCLAIMER
Safety Restore provides component-level repair services only for seat belts, SRS (Supplemental Restraint System) modules, and related parts.
Safety Restore does NOT perform:
- Installation
- Diagnostics
- Full system testing
- Vehicle safety inspections or certifications
All services are limited strictly to the repair of the submitted component.
2. PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION REQUIREMENT (CRITICAL)
All repaired components MUST be installed, calibrated, and verified by a qualified and licensed automotive technician in accordance with OEM (original equipment manufacturer) procedures.
Failure to follow this requirement:
- VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES
- RELEASES SAFETY RESTORE FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY
The customer assumes full responsibility for:
- Proper installation
- System reset and calibration
- Ensuring vehicle safety and compliance
3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Customer acknowledges that seat belts and SRS components are critical safety systems.
By using our services, the customer:
- Assumes all risks associated with the use, installation, and performance of repaired components
- Acknowledges that Safety Restore does not guarantee performance in any future accident or collision
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (MAXIMUM PROTECTION)
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Safety Restore shall NOT be liable for any:
- Direct or indirect damages
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Vehicle damage
- System failure
- Loss of use or income
- Personal injury or death
- MAXIMUM LIABILITY is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service
- Customer agrees not to pursue any claim exceeding this amount
5. INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Safety Restore from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or mishandling
- Third-party work or services
- Vehicle operation after repair
- Failure to follow OEM or safety guidelines
6. SHIPPING TERMS & RISK TRANSFER
- Customer is responsible for shipping items to Safety Restore at their own risk and expense
- Safety Restore is not responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or damaged inbound shipments
- Undeliverable packages
- Customer is responsible for insuring shipments
- Return shipments are sent UNINSURED by default
- Insurance must be requested in writing
- Safety Restore is not liable for:
- Lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments
- Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances
7. REPAIRS & SERVICE LIMITATIONS
- Repairs are performed by trained technicians following internal and industry standards
- Customer acknowledges that human error is possible
- In the event of a service issue:
- Remedy is limited to rework or refund of service cost only
- Safety Restore is not responsible for:
- Missing components sent with parts (bolts, screws, wiring, etc.)
- Pre-existing damage or issues
- Related or unrelated vehicle system failures
8. THIRD-PARTY COST DISCLAIMER
Safety Restore is not responsible for any third-party costs, including but not limited to:
- Installation
- Diagnostics
- Labor
- Mechanical work
- Towing
- Shipping
- Any additional services related to SRS components
9. RETURNS, REWORKS & EXCHANGES
- Must be requested within 14 days of confirmed delivery
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs
- No compensation will exceed the original service cost
10. LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Warranty applies ONLY to defects directly related to the repair service performed.
Warranty is VOID if:
- Improper installation occurs
- Component is tampered with
- Component is involved in another accident
- OEM procedures are not followed
Warranty DOES NOT cover:
- Labor or installation costs
- Diagnostics
- Related vehicle issues
- Electrical/system issues outside repaired component
11. NO GUARANTEE OF SAFETY OR PERFORMANCE
Safety Restore does NOT guarantee:
- Airbag deployment
- Seat belt performance
- Compliance with manufacturer safety standards
- Performance in any accident
All safety validation is the responsibility of the installer and vehicle owner.
12. COMMUNICATIONS
All communications with Safety Restore (including but not limited to phone, email, images, written or verbal communication) may be recorded and become the property of Safety Restore for operational, quality control, and documentation purposes.
13. PRIVACY & DATA USE
Safety Restore may collect personal information including:
- Name, address, phone, email
- Payment and billing information
Information may be used for:
- Order fulfillment
- Customer service
- Warranty management
- Marketing and analytics
Safety Restore does not sell personal information, but may share data with trusted third-party service providers.
14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Safety Restore reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
