All of the items you see on our website are services.
By checking out online, you are pre-paying for a service.

STEP 1 - Adding Items to Your Cart
Add the needed items to your cart online. Be sure to update the quantities to reflect the actual amount of items that you will be sending in.

STEP 2 - Creating An Account
Even though you can still checkout as a guest, we strongly recommend creating an account with us for the following reasons: You will be able to establish a history with us. In addition, you'll be able to track the status of the entire order and repair process online! You will receive e-mails from us indicating when we received your package, when the repair started and when your items shipped along with a tracking # to track your package. STEP 3 - Paying For Your Order
You must pre-pay for the service prior to sending any items in. At checkout, you may pay using a credit card or selecting "Pay by Check" to include a check or money order in the box with your items. Make all checks payable to: "Safety Restore"

STEP 4 - Packaging Your Items
Upon checkout, you will receive an automatic e-mail that includes your order ID and receipt. Please print this receipt out and include it in the box. If you do not have a printer, simply write the order ID on a piece of paper. You may use any carrier you'd like to ship your items to us. Be sure to package the items firmly so they do not move freely in transit. Only use carton boxes - DO NOT use any paper envelopes as they WILL be destroyed in transit. 

STEP 5 - Repair
Your items will be repaired and shipped back to you within 24 hours of receiving them. Please note that this excludes weekends & holidays. In addition, certain items may be held in the Quality & Safety Inspections Dept. up to 3 business days in which we have no control over. This happens rarely and usually with new items that have not yet been tested by the department, therefore a new protocol must be issued along with a unique ID.
